What are people using for weld nuts these days. Let me explain. I am working on a frame off resto and my 66 did not have a back seat but I am adding on and I need to weld something on the underside to be able to screw the rear seat bolts into. I know I can weld a nut on a flat piece of bar but I was kinda wanting to do something that looks a little better than that maybe not stock but close to it. Anybody got any ideas or pics???

Yes but today I'd go to Fastnal .. I'll have to check the shop but I think the last brand I carried at the parts store was Pioneer ..
& I hate to say but NAPA would have them.
I'm not a big NAPA FAN.. As they came into my town & bought my building from my old land lord .. They walked in & said we bought your building .. GET OUT.
What I'd been there for 20 years. & in another for about 12 after I got it.

Looking at going to get these pretty soon to start welding them on. Are we pretty sure that the seat bolts are 5/16 - 18 and the seat belt bolts are 7/16 - 20????
