i bought mine at an ongoing auction at work, when they need new stuff they ask me how much I will pay for the old stuff. I could not pass on 11 bucks for 6 cbs and the nutsert kit, and 40 bucks for 4 class 8 truck jack stands rated at 30,000 LBS, dam things are 2 feet tall and about the same around
ihave now bought a lathe, an LP gas genset, a parts washer, and 9 six wheelers, all the stuff on here, ,, all for under 300.
I could have bought an ESAB plasma cutter for 375, but I already have things around here that I would only use once a month. And my boss bought it anyway, and told me I could use it anytime.
there is still an ancient three phase welder there with continous duty cycle, I could get it for 50 but I could not drag it around my shop,,,,,,,,,
I would need a fork lift %)

so when do they action the fork lift?
when one of the warehouses says they need a new one so they can give thte truck shop one of their old ones.
the last Kamatsu they auctioned went for 500, and they said to the Komatsu salesman, "take your brochures and parts books and don't come back"
The TRans went out in one and it was more to fix it that to buy a new Toyota or Hyster.

You could have a great second income buying stuff at work and reselling it here or on Ebay.
