Western Plow instructions

Cleaning out the basement & stumbled on these documents that I got when I bought my 66 Bronco. I'm not sure when the plow was installed on my truck & it's currently off it in storage. I figure someone with a Western plow may have questions about the way to install it or the way it was installed so I'm just throwing out the docs that I have.

I didn't even try to put them in order so you may need to jump around if you're trying to follow them in order.

Thanks, but most of them are barely legible at only ~800 pixels high for the actual page. Any chance you could scan them at a higher resolution?

Hope this works better for you - you can also right click "save image as" & open it in a photo program to zoom in on what you want to read

Those appear to be the same files - still low resolution. Zooming in only makes them harder to read. What is the pixel size of the first file you uploaded in post #4 (3rd in post #1)? When I open it, it's 676x1200 pixels from both posts. If the page is letter size (8.5x11"), that's ~75dpi. So the small text is barely legible. On the 2nd page in post #4, the warranty text is totally illegible (not that it's necessary nowadays - just as an example).

They are the same just posted direct to the page.
I do understand what you're saying & will try to scan everything but it may be a while as life is going to be busy for a while.

Wow that is great you have these. Years ago I bought an old Meyers Plow and would have loved to have something like this for the install and information about the plow and pump. I used it for a few years but havent put it on a truck in more than 10 years. I am sure someone out there will love to have this!

Out of curiosity I did a search for Western Snow Plows and on the Western webpage they have a section of old legacy manuals for other plow models.

First thing I did was pull the brackets off & put them in storage. Hopefully the plan in the next couple years is to move to a new house with a pole barn & I will then install it in the Fall to use it for Winter & remove it in the Spring. I remember growing up seeing several Broncos with plows at gas stations around Ann Arbor, Mi. Back in the early 90's I saw 1 for sale for $400 & I remember thinking how tragic it was that a low millage Bronco was rusted beyond repair from the salt.

My Dad had one in the 70's for plowing his gas station. It had Posi in front and rear and that thing would plow snow like nothing else. It was around Clarkston.

Nice - I put a Trac Loc in the front when I also upgraded to a Dana 44 & am planning to add some sort of LS to the rear once I get past some of the other projects on my 66. Currently I'm in Lake Orion about a mile from the Clarkston border & wouldn't mind living in Clarkston if I can find the right house/pole barn combo there.

Are you saying they DON'T have these pages? I was thinking that Western might like to have these scanned in hi-res, too.
I didn't see one posted for what I believe is the model above. But honestly I didn't give it too much effort and the model above might also be included in the scans on the Western website.
