WH Tach similar to Stock Speedometer

Does the WH tach, similar to the stock speedometer, have a light to be able to see it at night?, please let me know.

First one we got had the needle stuck on the back side of the zero pin!

Any difference between the double and single digit?, TBP has the single digit for less than $80.00.
