What are captured nuts for on B Pillar Reinforcement Panel, Passenger side

I’m replacing the triangular B pillar reinforcement panel on the passenger side. The original has 3 captured nuts welded on from the factory. They are on the side facing backwards at the very top, middle, and very bottom, widely spaced. The replacement i bought from Wildhorses does not have them, nor does the original driver side one. I don’t know what they are for, or if I need to install new ones. Anybody know?

A guess, and I can't think of the correct name this morning, pleading old age or coffee not kicking in...

Mounting points for the upper portion of the panel that separates the bed from the seat area, like on a half cab.

Bulkhead! Thanks EPB72
