What are these explorer parts worth?

Want to unload these on a local mustang site. I have no clue what to ask and you never get anywhere asking for offers. What are they worth?

gt40p heads

explorer upper with throttle body and 90

explorer lower with injectors and fuel rail

Go to the Mustang sites and search their old ads for similar parts.

P heads in good used condition bring $200-400
Complete intake manifold setups bring $125-225
Keep in mind it is fairly easy to find a complete Explorer motor for $500-800
