What did early broncos sell for New?

was just wondering what the broncos from like 1970 sold for new, or around about that year! thanks

I think a 66 roadster had a base price of around 2400, a 66 half cab came in around 2500 and a wagon was about 2600. By 76 the base price was around 5100 or so

I will give you a idea what the options cost.
Rear bench seat - $94.39
Cruise-O-Matic - $236.09
Power steering $130.78
Extra cooling radiator $25.04
Headliner $15.52
Aux fuel tank W/ skid plate $37.90
Front and rear chrome bumpers $32.25
These are a few of the options and prices. Pretty cheap !

$ 2570 it says. and that includes tax.

i think its what ford called their automatic transmissions in the early years for both mustangs and broncos!

Yes , the Cruise-o-Matic is a C-4. What really gets me is the price of power steering - $130 Today the same exact parts will cost you $500 - $600 OR $1300 if you buy from Rocky Roads ;D

Pretty cheap?

Just remember that in 1973, experienced professional salaries were somewhere in the neighborhood of $15k. Try living on $15k a year today. Just shows how relative things are and, hey, who says there's no inflation??!!
