I've got the opportunity to pick up the two Broncos below along with some extra parts incl. a front and rear diff with 3.50 posi, extra Dana 20 and some other odds and ends including all the trim from the yellow Sport. The green one is a 72 Half cab 300/6 3 speed but is missing the top. 63K on the half cab, unknown mileage on the 72 Sport, 302/C4. Supposedly, both run but the half cab needs a radiator. Body on the 72 Sport is shot. I haven't seen them in person yet, they're 2 hours away.

I'd just be doing it for a small handful of parts and then sell off the rest. Any guess at a fair value?

edit - after looking at these pics, I don't think it's a half cab. He said it was a half cab but with a regular top on it but there's no bulkhead on either Bronco? Hmmm.........

Just one time I'd like to run into a deal like that.

You didn't say what your paying for them, but it seems like a pretty decent deal if the parts you're looking for are good.

I picked up a similar deal (2 early broncos in similar condition) a couple of years ago for $500.

I'm waiting to hear back from the seller with a "package deal" price. I'm sure it won't be $500. If that were the case I'd already be on my way there!

Individually, I think he wanted $1500 for the 1/2 cab that I don't think is a half cab and $1000 for the Sport. That's too high for me considering condition but then there's all the trim and extras.......... What I need is only a couple of hundred in parts at the most.

I paid $1,000 for two broncos last winter. One had a sold body with no motor or trans. The other had a complete drive train and some nice doors but the body was junk. They did not have titles. I took the parts I wanted and sold the two and still made back my money. So if you could get both for $1,000 and at least one has a title it would be a good deal.
