What donor vehicle uses the same rear drum brakes ....

I know I'm confused with your question? Are you looking to buy used parts for your brakes? You can buy all the brake parts brand new from almost any parts store and they aren't that expensive to replace.

All Bronco's came with factory drums, I don't know personally what vehicles would have had the same size that the Bronco's do.

Just looked on the Autozone site to see if the part number would show all the applications it might fit, but that didn't work. I'm sure some website will allow you to see other vehicles.
Basically though, I don't remember ever seeing any discussions with part numbers being cross-referenced to different vehicles.

Might be some here in the classified section, with people selling theirs after doing a disc brake swap.
Worth a look anyway. If you haven't arleady.
