???I've got a 67 with a 76 power steering swap... AND it has a-bit of slop... strike that, it has a fair amount of play/slop in the wheel. If there were much more I'd call it an "Unsafe" amount.

I am told that in the manual steering box it's really easy to fix this, but how big of a deal is it with a power set up? :-[

While I've got your attention, my steering box also leaks a-bit too, If I get a new seal for it will it fix it for at-least a year? or is there more than likley more wrong than a seal?

You can try to tighten the sector bolt on the top of the gear box, Loosen the nut and turn the Allen bolt down, But do not go more than a turn or two. If you tighten it too much It will bind or cause wear. This sometimes helps on the play, Also check your rag joint on your steering shaft, and your steering linkages(tie rods, Draglink Ect). Hope it works out for you ;D[quote author=Slick link=board=5;threadid=21651;start=0#msg166813 date=1062507505]
