Depends on what you want to cover (laughing ;D ) the roll cage with and what type of roll cage Family, 1/2 body cage etc...

Some have better fabric and stitching. Difficult to tell who has what from a web site and you might want to ask about what type of fabrics are used and do your research from there on the better fabrics. I prefer Herculie fabric, very strong and sunlight resistant, but not water proof like a pair of bird-wells only resistant like a one piece wrap on if you get the pun.

I'm going to have a second one done by a local reupholster shop, they custom fit theres and seem to be worth the money, less the shipping not to mention a guarantee-

OK - maybe a little more specific. Is there a different in the way they do their risers? Different method of installing bikini into riser?

I will probably have the actual top built by local shop too, but what about the risers...any differences?

I'm pretty sure the only difference between STC and Bestop is the riser. Bestop has a taller riser that allows you to keep your wiper motor cover on. The new bestop risers (for the supertop) have a c-shaped track that you slide the canvas into as opposed to the STC and the bestop tigertop that just have a straight track.

why not go with a see through bikinni top :)

http://www.kramerproducts.net/ 49.95$

click on off road products and then click on shade top...

i am not the one selling these but i bought one and like the idea, i have all the stuff to put it on but could not before the cold weather and rain started last fall :( anyway i personally dont want a top but after a few too many sun burns and really sweaty traffic situations i went with this one, this way i dont have to compromise the flow through feeling, and i can tell people i drive around in a see through bikinni all the time :)

Does anyone make a full length bikini that doesn't need a soft top frame? I need one for a full family cage to cover the rear seats.

Hey Jeepincj7,
There was someone who was selling safari tops on this site not too long ago. Not sure what type of hardware it used but it might be close to what you're looking for. It looked pretty nice. Try searching the classifieds.

Brian the only thing I have heard is that some risers dont cover enough for the wiper motor to make a good fit, other than that I'm not sure, Ill be using the Roll bar. Mine will mainly be used to keep the sun down any other time I would have the top.
