Can anybody tell me what is this thing that the red arrow points to? Its welded to the frame and the coil spring tower.

Those don’t look Stroppe specific, but still cool.
Even if you don’t decide to use them they won’t hurt anything staying there.

Most likely K bar S (Desert Steel) stuff. They look exactly like the ones on my truck.

pretty much everyone made those mine came from JC Whitney back in the day I still use them. ther will also be a shock tab welded on the end of the C-Cap for the front axle it gets in the way if you make steering tie rod conversions or if you want to add a front sway bar.
