What Seats fit a 73 Bronco??????

Bought a 73 Bronco and it has a bench seat out of a Ford F-150. Looks cool, but it's too high, and will not recline.

What bucket seats fit these? I want to get something durable that sits lower so i am not looking at the top window frame when I am driving.

Any suggestions? I would even buy new bucket seats that fit if they still make them.

I installed a veiwfinder front windshield on mine, but im certain 2 of any aftermarket bucket will fit in that year. Make sure you get a pair of sliding brackets also. You get what you pair for....i got a pair of cheep buckets new from a guy on CL. Paid $100 for the pair, think there $100ea new, but there junk. Id pay $300 a seat if i do it again if it ment quality material and foam. I actually mounted my sliders atop pieces of 2"x2" tube

Iknow 88 t-bird buckets fit, and easily attach to the stock mounts- mine even have the air lumbar support.

Wonder if any mustang seats would work. There are plenty of those around.

I have buckets out of a Huyndai. They are comfy, provide good support, and low profile so you dont sit too high like some EBs seats seem too.

New seats on the vendors are not to bad if you are okay with $3-400. But you do get brand new seats for that investment.

When I bought my Bronco many many years ago the PO had installed a set of decent leather seats from a fox bodied mustang.

They were OK. but I replaced them with a set of Corbeau's...

Will Corvette seats fit ?

They are pretty low profile and were very comfortable when I had my 2000 'vette.

I really like the stock seats but wish they were a LOT lower (and a viewfinder windshield would be REALLY nice)

F-150 bench? Are you sure it is not a Ranger bench as the F-150 seat would be stopping the doors from closing.

What seats fit? There are many, Some take a little more work than others.

In mine I have the buckets from a Probe, Love the seats!

Thanks for all the feedback esp. the photos. I was told it was out of a Ford F-150 by the guy that I bought it from, but maybe not...

seats

These seats are from a Pt cruiser they are just temporary till I get the ones I want but was very happy with the install sit low and the slide rails give lots of forward and back adjustability.

Miata seats work.Problem is that they don't flip like stock seats.I have been milling it over.I don't have to crawl in the back so I am good.As far as the passengers go well. It's not my problem.Lol

I have 88 T-bird seats in my Bronco also. Full power with lumbar and full recline. I am 6'2" tall and I find them to be too high. I would happily trade them for something a little shorter.
