What Should I Do To The Frame Before I POR It?

Other than fix any obvious cracks or repairs - I was thinking about any modifications that I might want to do that included any drilling or welding, things that I may not want to do after coating the frame. Stuff like relocate the radius arm mounts for longer arms, reinforce the frame around the steering box, etc. Any suggestions?

Cage tie-ins, shock hoops or F250 shock mounts, transmission/TC conversion, etc.

I was just remembering that I forgot to weld on my rear shock mounts on the frame and axle before coating. It was not big deal, I just had to sand down and re-coat. But if your making a list...
