Wheel Backspacing Question

Hi, I am looking at some wheels, they are Cragar Soft 8, 16x8, 5x5.5, with 5" of backspacing. My question is, is this to much backspacing? With 5" of backspacing will the tires get into the wheel wells? Thanks to everyone for all the help.

I think that might be too much - most people run 3.5-4" of BS - 5" would seem like they were made for FWD, not RWD

Yes, too much. With that much backspace your turning radius would be limited because of the front tires rubbing on the radius arms. I would agree, stick to 4" or less.
