Ok I’ve taken the body off, frame is sand blasted and powder coated. Parts are ordered and ready to install. Where do I start? Thanks Dave in washington

Start at one end, rearend and leafs, brake parts and lines... To the point where you can attach the wheels.
Then do the same with the front, then you have a roller...
Drop in motor, trans, T-case, finish brake lines on the frame, exhaust work if you have a kit. wait if custom made.
Lower body back on frame with new mounts, let settle a day or so. Check to see if you need shims with the mounts for door gaps.
Bolt down body. Continue bolting on body parts, wiring... etc.

Over simplified, but you get the idea.

Thanks. That’s kinda what I was thinking. Unfortunately I didn’t label the parts very well. Most parts are all new thou, front ends a 30, should I upgrade? I’ll try and figure out how to send pictures

Only need to upgrade if you, well... if you need to.
How are you gong to build this Bronco, and how do you intend to use it?

As Paul asks...
A D30 front end is fine, but 35" tires, heavy off road use... It will not survive. 33's and smaller, light wheeling or street driving it should be fine.
They are not inexpensive to rebuild, you need an inch torque wrench for a small moment of the rebuild. They have little or no resale value
A D44 is a much stronger unit, but not as once plentiful as before... and one of those specific Bronco items that command a significant price used, plus having to service it.
