Starting rust repair now. I'm planning to patch inner fender apron and replace kick panel, and door post.

I am also replacing floor pan.

Where is the best place to start? I would like to replace one piece at a time but may not be possible.

I want to make sure where I should start and avoid any pitfalls that others have encountered.

Thanks!

the inner fender apron and kick panel are the same piece of metal and in my experience should be replaced before the door post is set and lastly the floor pans. I'm not sure it can be replaced one at a time, it's kinda all at once when your talking door post replacement.
