Where to find some Monotube shocks for a 3.5" lift

Can't find them anywhere... all dual tubed. I guess I'll have to go with a universal monotube. What do you guys run on a 3.5" WH or similar lift. I*'ve found some superlifts, some doestch's and some edelbrocks.... opinions? also what's the sompression and extended length for a 3.5" lift? I have a 66 which has a little different setup in the rear with both shocks going towards the back of the bronco. Anyone?

Bilstien Shocks

I will be running Bilstein shocks which can be ordered at your local parts shop. I have also read very good comments about Cage Offroad's shocks. There are quite a few treads that talk about various shocks.
