Get a look at the absolute widest variety of base coat clear coat colors available? I still have no idea what I want to do about my color choice.
Can anyone forward me to some good websites to help narrow it down?
Thanks

Auto paint supply store. You can see thousands of chips, both inside and under sunlight.

What Viperwolf said. There will be so many colors your mind will melt. The blue section alone will have hundreds of shades. It really helps to have some factory color choices picked out to give you a starting point or you will get lost.

I went to Welle Auto looking for white and found they have at least a few thousand different whites available.

My advice is to find a place that has the absolute least amount of choices or you will never decide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start with a car you like and find the color from there. Or pick some colors you like and go match them up. Do NOT try to pick from the books. You'll die of starvation before you finish.

X2 on what hozr said. It's nearly impossible to pick a color from a book. They never look the same once their on the entire vehicle. New car lots are a great place to look.
When you see a rig you like just compliment the owner and ask them for the year and model. From there you can get the color code from a paint supplier.

Nope, led up to it and then it went to two paw prints like Yogi stood up around the front fuel door to take a peek.

I have an infrared game motioned activated camera in one of a million boxes in the basement that I use deer hunting,, might have to go downstairs and hook it up, see what happen,,,

X3 those color chips are for painters to choose a color if a paint code is missing. We hold the chip to the car to pick it. Thats the reason you will see a hole in the color chip.
If you do find a car with the color you like all you need is the VIN number. Call the dealership parts department and ask them for the paint code. Paint codes can be under the hood, glove box, drivers door, trunk, ect. Many times a code is missing off a door, or the trunk is full of junk so I call the dealership.
