Which one is the inner and outer axle seal

Got these from Tom's and they weren't tagged with the part number, which is inner and which is outer for a dana30? Also, which direction should they be installed in? Do I need to put any sealant around them before sliding them into place?

On all seals, the spring goes toward the lubricant.

I would expect you could ID them by which one fits in the bore at each location, and/or which one fits around which end of the axleshaft.
