I have bought quite a bit from TCP and like their products. Last year as I was finishing up my current Bronco with single stage urethane (which I prefer over the others for simplicity of application and great looks) I ran into some issues. I was spraying two colors. The turquoise went on perfectly and looked great, the Wimbledon white would go on and then dry dull, no gloss. I tried everything (after sanding and respraying probably 6 times). I chatted with allenfahey (an expert and great resource for paint questions by the way!) on here and then I called the company to make sure I had my gun settings right and everything seemed to be ok. Then the tech guy asked me when I had bought the paint. The turquoise I had purchased earlier but had bought the white last April. Turns out they had received a bad batch of urethane and I got some of it. They stepped up and sent a brand new gallon and quart of reducer right out to me and all went well after that so I am happy with their tech support and customer service. And their paint for that matter!

That Fahey guy doe...:D
