which ever place ya get the OX from... MAKE SURE they'll stand behind what they sell!

The OX locker is an awsome piece of engoneering, BUT problems arise, and as long as you buy from sum-1 who appreciates your business yer covered! Where as IF you find the cheapest place to buy from, BUT they offer no service it can end up cost'n ya in the long run.

I had a simmilar issues with some wheels I bought, NICE wheels, but dealing with everything on my own sence the purchase, can't even get a simple question answered from the fools who sold them to me.

hard lesson learned for me, hope I can save ya from a simmilar situation

I am having a mechanic build my axle for me and he has an account with Randy's Ring and Pinion. He told me that he can buy parts from Randy much cheaper than what I can. I would hope that someone like Randy would stand by his parts.

I would agree there!, I got my gears from them! Great shop, TONS of information.

I don't want to name names, but there is a place that some have had problems with, myself included, and to put it mildly they have poor customer service! To state it matter of fact, they have the WORST service after sale I've EVER herd of!

But randy's is NOT that place! They know their Poo and are a GOOD place to give yer business!

I've dealt with another company who gets their stuff from Randy's also and resales it at less than Randy's will, just like your mechanic person. I ordered a detroit locker for my 9" and it went bad in short order. After calling this company I dealt with, he refered me to Randy's who then refered me to Trac Tech. They were the original builder of the detroit. They warranted the unit just fine. I should call the first company again, and see what he'll do.
