Probably all from the same place.
I would think the same part. But.... I replaced my 67 dash and it only needed a minor massaging with a Dremel to fit great. Just buy it. So nice to have a nice new dash pad.

I've used the Wildhorse and Toms ones and both fit and looked great.

i ordered one from WH recently. The one I ordered was part #3421. It’s pretty nice. I like it. They have two different black dash pads in the catalog—different part #’s, basically same price. I called and asked what the difference is. He said the 3421 has a metal backing plate. The other one is plastic. They carry the plastic one to have when out of stock of the metal one. He said they’re both good parts, but if given a choice, metal is the way to go. I agreed

I ordered mine off of ebay, price was good. It fit fine and looks really nice, but in answer to your question, I can't answer that;)
