Who should I buy from?

One way I test a vendor is to go to their web page and use the info or contact me page for information. see who responds to general inquiry or technical questions.

I have done that just recently and 2 in over month have not gotten back to me yet.

I think WH needs to open a Central Texas location for the following reasons:
- No state income tax
- At will employment state
- Good income to quality of life ratio
- Reasonably real estate costs
- Central US will be great for keeping freight cost down to east coast
- Austin is just cool (obviously I am biased)
- It will be cheaper for me to order parts... and I have a lot left to order...

I took issue once with the shipping quote given me from Toms, and they immediately messaged me, and were able to get me a better price for shipping. I would call them up and ask if there is any way they can find a better deal on shipping and see what they can do for you, they are a great bunch of guys to work with.
