First let me say that I know it's against the rules to Vendor Bash! But I can complain right?
I have had issues with this Vendor before and I'm starting to take it person! I ordered some spindle sockets back in December, so last week I sent an e-mail to check on the status of my order!
I received an e-mail back from them stating that it was shipped out USPS on the 5th of this month? S I replied that maybe they lost it because I have never heard of a 9 day shipping service So I get an email today stating we can fax you proof of the shipment!
Don't you guy's think that there might be a problem with this attitude? This vendor think that once it leaves their building it's not their problem anymore. That is not good customer service in my opinion.
