I believe my business is about to get real busy soon, so wife and I decided to go down to Tennessee for the weekend. First I wanted to stop off at Duffs just to see where they were located. I knew with COVID19 still an issue I might just have to see the outside of the building. Wasn't the case at all! Judy saw me outside the door and next thing I know see was giving Anita and myself the "nickle tour" as she called it. While maintaining proper distancing, etc we got to see it all, including a brand new bumper design they are coming out with.
Judy was super nice, as were all the people we met inside, really enjoyed the "tour".
Next stop was Robs Off Road as I again was just curious about the place having seen it advertised in Bronco Driver magazine. Again, same deal, Rob's just a really nice guy who gave me a look around his place including a customers Bronco and the red one of his own.
I'd say if you need some used parts give him a call. He's got quite a few stocked up for Super Cel!
Next on over to Townsend where we stayed at the River Breeze Inn. Again, good people to deal with and a decent place to stay. Overall a nice relaxing weekend, only thing sad to report was seeing the Tally Ho completely shut down.
On the drive home I got to meet a member on here "R Moses" and check out his Lone Ranger as he calls it. A very nice '75 Ranger with a ton of paper work. I mean he has original window sticker, the build sheet, and much, much more. Again just a good guy to talk to, and no doubt a Ford guy!
Hmmm...all these people were so nice, must be a Bronco thing!
