Now that they've been out a while has anybody spent the money to test em? Is the braking much better than the other rear disc options? Is the e-brake stroger than the explode set up? I'm running a 77 rear with a warn floater kit. Will they fit? Right now have the caddy rears but never adjusted the e-brake. About to swap on hydroboost and do some upgrades. Making it more street friendly.. also it's on 35s

With the full float Warns out back I would not expect any of the rear brakes to work. That is one huge variable that Willwood isn't expecting when doing the R&D work, a decade old full float kit that is no longer on the market that is.

I can't speak to all your questions but the e-brake assembly on the Wilwood setups is modeled after, if not identical to, the Explorer configuration so I would expect its performance to be similar. I haven't heard of anyone adapting one of the setups to the Warn full-floater kits. I've seen them on Speedway floaters.
