Hey guys, does anyone know if 69 Mustang seats will fit in a 76 Bronco.
I assume if so, the supports would have to be modified.

Anyone have the answer?

Thanks,
Bick

The Mustang and Cougar lowback seats from 68 & 69 are pretty much the same as the Bronco seats. Where they differ are the seat back release handles are located in different spots than the Bronco and they won't have the passenger side "hook" that's part of the fold forward feature of the Broncos. The seat tracks from the Bronco may swap over to the Mustang seats. I picked up a really cheap pair from a 69 Cougar and will swap the headrests over to my recovered Bronco seats. The framework is already there on the Bronco seats and it's pretty much a bolt on.

Thanks. they looked similar. I saw some high backs and some with adjustable head rests that i thought would look good and close to original.

:cool::cool: One of the broncos I had had 70 mustang seats in it. You just put the bronco tracks on the mustang seat and bolt in. They do sit just a little higher good luck and have fun.:D:D:D Bill %):D;D
