Will Jeep Dana 44 Flat Top Knuckles fit EB Dana44?

Not with that Bolt pattern. IIRC, all the waggies had 6x5.5" bolt patterns. The J10 may be an exception, but if they are on a D44 front in one of those rigs, and have a 5x5.5 pattern, then they will fit.

OK, I think we need a little clarification here.........the question asked whether flat top Jeep D44 knuckles would fit on the EB D44? And, assuming we're referring to ones from a Wagoneer or J-10, the answer is still yes, they will bolt right up. You then bolt on the proper year spindles and use the 5x5.5 Ford hub/rotor combo and you're good to go.

However, the second part of the original question is a little confusing. It seems like you're referring to the bolt pattern of the hub. The flat top knuckles you're referring to should have a six stud pattern.
