Winch to remove hard top? Has it been done?

Just curious, has anyone used their front winch to remove their hard top?

I haven't done it myself but there are a couple of threads that i have seen with different setups on here. I will see if i can find the links.

$25 chain hoist and two straps. I lay a blanket on the top so I don'd take a chance on the chain making any marks.
