window rolls hard

hey guys my driver side window rolls up and down quite hard. the passenger side is real easy. what do i need to replace or lubricate. thanks for the help.

the window might just be in there crooked. if it gets stuck dont force it, it might pop out and fall in. try shifting it front/back while you roll it down

That little plastic roller that rides across the bottom window track may need lubed or replaced. that is pretty cheap to replace. or the window crank regulator needs lube.

In addition to greasing the roller, I've found the adjustment on the front
window track can have a significant effect on the force required to roll
the window up&down. On the inside of the door the screw in the slotted
hole towards the front adjusts how tightly the window tracks squeeze the
glass. You want the glass held firmly enough that it doesn't tilt around
while rolling up&down but loose enough that it's not a struggle.
Consider loosening that screw and play with the adjustment a little.

Use white lithium grease in a spray can too lube the regulator rails and gears;D
