The cut curved tabs, so would i have them side by side instead of overlapped? Side by side would give more room to move over. I have my old cowl, dash still I will take a look at the measurements

Yes take a look at your old cowel that will help you big time

Found it, it is the only part I can actually identify. Yes the pieces go side by side not over lapped, gives me the right measurements. Thanks!!

Picture Two: This has proven to max out my Bronco skills! I am trying the get both door pillars plumb and doing so it is opening up the gap between the pillal post and the window frame support. Is 1/4 plus gap ok?

Picture One: Second, does anyone have a measurement across inner fender to inner fender close to the window frame? I feel I am pushing them outward trying to find plum on the pillar.

I think your putting the horse in front of the cart so to speak by trying to fit your door post already. Do you have a top? If so I'd recommend putting that on as it will help you square your doors up. If no on the top try to find one to borrow if someone has one and theyre not using it....if thatsa no go at least get your windshield frame on for a reference on your door height.

Anyways, I had a gap like that on mine and I used a clamp like this from harbor freight to help draw it in by clamping across both sides of the cowel thn sheet metal screwing it into place, or if your doors are ok you could bend that flange in by tapping it with a body hammer until it comes into contact with your kickpanel/cowel then welding it up....(but make sure everything fits before any final welding, lol )

Good sdvice on the top! Hope to test fit the doors tomorrow. I made a mistake on the opening so I had to start over again... coming together.

One thing that I noticed, I purchased the SS hinge set from WH they dont have much movement back/forth compared to my old rusty stock hinges. I eneded up using the old hindges on the top because I needed more movement than the SS hindges would allow. No idea why..
