Fitment issue

I bought these a while back and just now able to install. Am I the only one that has an issue with these fitting my 76? It seems as if the mounting hole is too small. Am I missing something? Any help would be amazing. Thanks in advance.

Do you have a pic of them installed? Interfer with roll cage?

The delay switch replaces existing.
The wiper arms replace existing.

Roll cage doesn't get into those areas.
