Wiring harness will be the death of me!! Another wiring question

Ok on the centech harness I need to wire the lights that go under my wiper switch and heater switch. On the back of these lights there are two prongs is one power and one ground? And does it matter what is what?

I would guess you are correct and that it doesn't matter. It is just a light.
