Wiring Suggestions

I have a mid-90s Ford truck power distribution panel. It has 13 always hot slots and 4 "inline" fuse slots. It also has 5 relay slots. I am going to use 2 of the relays for a headlight upgrade. I am also planning for future EFI. I have 3 relay slots left, any suggestions on what other parts should be run off of relays such as heater, fuel pump, etc? I should also say that the old harness is gone and I will be using this panel to build a new harness.

Fuel pump and horn are two which I've upgrade relays on.

If your thinking about EFI you will need an EEC relay and a fuel pump relay.
