Here at Toms OFFROAD we offer new New Chrome Headlight Ring for 66-70 Broncos. This chrome trim ring mounts over the headlight assembly to cover the opening between the headlight and the grill. This 66-70 Bronco version does not have holes for adjusting the headlight screws like what is found in 71-77 Broncos. Can be used for 1966 through 1977 though it is only factory from 66 to 70. Never noticed any difference on the 1966 headlight rings that I can recall. The 66 steering column had a different shift handle and turn signal handle but the rest should have been pretty much the same.
That is what I'm saying, I don't think a lot of people are really aware of the 66 only parts and those that fit multiple years. There are definitely a handful of 66 only 66-67 66-68 and so on but when you need a part be clear in your ask.
