I am leaning toward the 205, but I don't have any of the hardware will my D20 shift linkage hook up with the 205 or do I need to buy that separate, also I have read that it might mess with my duel exhaust, any issues or other things you can think of?

I don't think the D20 linkage will work and the hole is going to be a bit off most likely since the ZF is a little longer buy you're going to have to modify the tunnel for the ZF anyway. Easiest way to go is get a twin stick from JB Fab. Think they are in the $120 range and it gets you the boot & cover too. If I remember right you can install with no modification but one axle is limited. True independent operation requires modification of the shift rail. It can be done in about an hour taking your time. Look at the write up in the tech section, there is a detailed one with measurements and all. If you're not comfortable doing it take it to a machine shop. It would literally take 15 min of mill time to modify it. True dual exhaust can be done but its definitely harder. I went two into one when I converted to the ZF. If you don't want to do the twin stick I'm sure someone has a 205 shifter sitting. I might just have one myself.
