Terry, I remember you could get them either polished or machine finished back in the day. Nice find for a Mustang, but probably hard to get tires in 14's these days??

I didn't buy those slots. Those are pics from the ad. There was another pic of the vintage tires that were never mounted. I was surprised to see how shiny they are.
