I'm just parting out the body now,
Hello all, I'm trying this once before I just dig into my truck. I'm on the fence with it. I'm obviously looking for a mild project bronco. A quick beak down of my truck, 1960 F250 2wd, with a 351m c-6 auto. Locar shifter and Flaming river Rack and pinion. Outside is rust free and a few dents and dings. Doors and fenders are all nice and look un patched. Bed is real sold but has seen use for 50+ years ect.. Runs and drives well, still inspected in NY (2013) Tires are like new, lights ect.. all works. New exhaust. Bucket seats, nice glass
Now the bad, The cab corners have been patched along with the floors and steps. PO did not replace the cab mounts when he fixed the floors. The front corners look good but it will need new front cab supports. They can be done with the truck on the frame just jack up the cab. The rears are repairable, same deal. PO started painting it flat black and stopped at the cab, He also painted the interior "custom" With some sort of hammer tone finish paint. The seats are from a late model mustang but he had them on 4" blocks to raise them I just started pulling the interior our to address the floors and risers...
I have a rough stock tailgate for it and an aluminum manifold. I also pulled out the fake wrecker boom.
I'm in pa 18707, I willing to flex up or down a little especially if delivery is an option. The truck is road worthy but I do not have it registered or insured. clean PA title in my name.
thanks
bob
