I wouldn't waste my time with the eldorado calipers for rear disc brakes, most will tell you if they are working now, they won't be in short order. I had a set and could never get them adjusted to work properly, particularly the e-brake function.

If you want to get rid of the disk wiggle use Dorman wheel studs part # 132
u will have to drill out your axle shaft to 5/8 to install these studs but they will get rid of the disk sloppyness.

I used 14bolt brackets from ballistic fabrication and ford D44 rotors

on your 9" you used 14 bolt brackets? How? i'm wondering because they sure would seem to be bigger.

I cut 3/4'' out of the radius that sits on the tube. Why did I do this? because somebody else bought em and they had sat in the shop for a while, so i put em to use.
