Hanging on the back of the trailer if the trailer hits a bad bump the force could sheer that bolt off! It looks like a ProtoFab bumper because I have one as well.

Yep... Happen to me.... Also door coming open, lost gas cap, and run out of gas... Those things make me a normal Bronco owner.

Finding out there wasn't any bolts holding the top on. Top blowing off at speed (guessing around 70) on I-29. Thankfully no one was injured other than the top. The driver of the transport was pretty shook up.

Not a tire rack - that's a weather vane. Keeps the trailer tracking straight!

Been there done that. Wiped out a mail box leaving a quarter car wash, where I forgot to re-latch the carrier.%);D I was also missing the retention cable.

What is the problem driving on a freeway with a trailer and Bronco? I was cruising at 80mph with my Bronco behind my Excursion and it was just fine. No speed restrictions in my state for towing-

I was going to say that I don't know about you guys but 70 mph in a Bronco is fast (towing, not a problem) Driving one that fast? It has the Aerodynamics of a Cinder block, lol.

They're pointing out that the tire rack isn't latched, so it's swinging freely at 70mph.

I waxed my cinder block, much better aerodynamics. Oh & my tire carrier cam lock is home made, never had it do that. LOL

I WISH we did not have 55mph max when towing here in calif! that rule is from the 1950's and is a cash cow for the CHP here! The need to update the law to 65 for the modern cars/trucks that are now on the road!%)
