First off howdy, second who doesnt like a 50 year old deer lease special bronco that needs a major overhaul.
I am looking for photos of the z bar/mechanical clutch linkage system for a 302 1970 bronco. Pedal to toploader
My clutch mechanical linkage is severly tweaked and the orignal components have loss of tolerances missing bushing felt washers etc, pushing the clutch pedal causes a pile up of parts.
Mine is a aftermarket hurst system as well, not on the column.
I assume its the correct engine, have no idea on dateing a 302 windsor, the toploader and dana 20 are correct.
I could type 10 pages of the situation and 3 years of this and that and other era systems ive studied (f100,torino etc) im about ready to delete the whole system and install a different transmission. Ill post photos tommorow

Thanks for the link Timmy390, im getting more clarification now.
After getting my father to look at the system he was confused on what was there and what was suppose to be there for a 1st gen bronco. The block mount, z bar and the clutch adjustment rod is not correct. Im thinking someone went junk yarding, as part of the vehicle is overhauled, like 30% and done so horribly cept the leather seats.
I have the whole system, brand new and pieced even a heim clutch pedal rod properly sized and none of it fits, mhm.
Ill respond back when I get the original pieces back from the machine shop getting fixed/modified.
It decided to rain this evening as well and I left the tarp on for more forecasted so no pictures yet.
