Hi Guys,
I'm currently installing an NP205 and ZF s547 and I'm having an issue getting them to mate. I notched the flange for shifter linkage clearance and everything lines up however when I go mate the two, it appears the bearing cover on the NP205 is too large for the transmission counter bore? Has anyone experienced this issue? I know on S542's people don't have a problem but I couldn't find anything on S547's?

Here are some images of the mating faces. Anyone currently running the S547 and NP205 combo? Did you have any issues with these items mating up?

That's frustrating! I forget what ZF I have... The wide ratio one. It bolted right up.

Very frustrating...this is the last big hurdle before I can get it all mounted and fab up the cross-member/skid plate combo.

It'll be so awesome to be back on the road again after 3 years in the garage getting everything from the floorboards down completely revised.
