Added a set of BCB ceramic headers on the GT40p heads close fit and a 90 deg boot will be needed on #4 but other than that i like them

Progress looks good.

For your o2's keep the htr control for the 2 upstream sensors, you can ditch the 2 that are downstream.

IIRC they are all spliced together form the factory for the heater circuit and signal return. Find the splice and cut it neatly, then add marine heat shrink over it.

The only other thing you removed that I would keep is the MIL.

Looking good.

You can ditch the fuel level in, but keep the FP monitor.

Pin 62. Its part of the explorer fuel tank with the built in pressure regulator. Due to the single fuel rail on the explorer

That's not a fuel pressure sensor, thats a fuel Tank pressure sensor. The PCM uses it to test for EVAP leaks.

Im doing mine a little bit different than previously thought out, however im still on track and feeling comfortable with what i have going.. Today after work i got the starting relay labeled and ready, the Pcm relay and the fuel pump relay ( triggered by ground from PCM relay)

Need to work on a few more wires but im feeling good about it...no pictures today. It would be kind of boring

I was going to use the explorer central junction box ( dash fuse panel) but decided not too after talking with one of the only two people who have succesfully done this.

I only need 3 additional fuses. So it seems senseless to use a 36 slot fuse panel for that. I have all weekend to think about it since i have to go out of town

If you want to get technical, you should have 5 fuses total to run the system. I see no problem with connecting KAM to the EEC relay fuse though. That would get you down to 4.

Well. I meant 3 additional minus the fuses in the battery junction box
