I got a used Bronco Bob/Toms long arm setup and am getting ready to install it. I want to get the brackets welded on before I pull the axle and want to make sure I have the left and right bracket correct. In the attached photo, I'm thinking the left bracket is driver side and right bracket is passenger. Both donuts should be canted out towards the tire of the side its installed on right? Appreciate the help.

Figured it out, toms had a bracket install video. If anyone winds up searching this later, yes the donuts (thick welded washer) cant towards the tire. If it's canted towards the transmission, it's on the wrong side.
