Been here a while and I have shown a couple projects but I figure I may as well show it all...

First Phase: Purchased '72 Bronco pretty much stock with rear cutout. Bought it cheap and it included a wild horses 3.5" lift kit. Rusted floor pans, inner fender and cowl. Mostly straight and very UGLY! Drove it home 100 miles after purchase without a problem. Engine looks like it was rebuilt not too long ago and there are no leaks anywhere.

More to come...

Installation of included lift kit

Pics of installed lift. Also, welded front spiders (budget build.)

Came across some free 35" quarter life tires and bought some cheap used wheels to get me by.

After the tires I realized I really needed power steering, so I did the 4x4x2 conversion. It required a new drag link so I just converted over to cross over heim jointed steering.

Built front bumper and went wheeling...

First Wheeling Trip

Sucked!

Really needed gearing for the wheeling I like to do. So, I converted to the np435 trans and found some beadlocks.

Also, built matching rear bumper and rock sliders.

At this point problems arose off road :-[

NP435 Gearing is awesome...

Broken axle! I got a little cocky with it and blew up right front axle.

So then came more upgrades!
Yukon chromoly's up front with super joints and yukon full spool and chromoly axles out back. Also, converted to disc while upgrading front axles.

Covered up trans hole with my custom made tunnel cover.

We pretty much wheeled it like that until the wifey bought me some new coils for Christmas;D .

So, it was time to go crazy. Full custom suspension up front using cage 5.5" coils and 14" travel shocks. Wifey also convinced me just to 4-link the rear.

Love the new suspension

Now that the drivetrain and suspension is how I like it, its time for body work and cage...

After the rust repair on the interior was finished I started body work and cage. Currently in progress...

Wow - very very impresive. What coils did you use in the back? Nevermind - found your build thread.
