I would go with the f150 if i had to choose for a couple reasons. One being c-wedges vs leaf which will be easier to modify. Two its 5 lug so you can us your original rims. The only brackets I think you will need (if using the f150) are a track bar riser, new leaf spring perches, and duffs full width coil towers(towers optional). You will need custom steering linkage and track bar as well, do to the length difference. Your yokes on the diffs will not work with your drive shafts. F150 and f250 I believe used 1330 yokes and the early bronco used 1310 yokes. You should be able to just swap yoke from your old diffs too the new diffs (if in good shape). I dont know of any kit you can buy. Everything you need will have tobe pieced together. Hope this helps.
