Gas Tank ?

On my BC tank there is the fill tube and vent tube next to it. Next to the vent tube is a much smaller tube. What is this used for? I was thinking charcoal canister which I won't be using so I was just gonna plug it. Thanks

Hi, if you have the newer 23 gallon tank they are:

Starting from the left you have #1 -6 A/N vent/return #2 -6 A/N fuel pickup #3 1-3/4"fuel filler #4 5/8" filler vent #5 vent/return.
