There might be another one the island really soon. Looks like I may be transferred there for 18 months. What’s the smog/ registration req. for a 77?
no smog checks here. just fenders to cover tire threads and rear flaps among all other safety stuff working.

I had a Florida auto dealer obtain Florida titles in the dealer's ownership. This bypassed the expired Hi safety inspection and provided a Fl dealer license plate and insurance coverage. It streamlined the process for shipping out of Hi. Once the vehicle is in Fl, it's very easy for the dealer to re-assign the Fl title in my name.

It had to be current on tags and insurance before Hi would allow it to ship out. Since the owner (my brother) is deceased, I had to re-title to prove ownership and get it current.
very cool 77 !! must love green !! where in FL are ya ?

That green and white one has been there for years, although looks like it's been painted recently. Always in front of the same shop near Kaanapali. I've been to Maui a few times over the last 20 years and always mean to stop in and see who's it is. I'm sure they work at one of those shops.

It's the owner of the shop on the corner, sounds like he's selling off his broncos

Just got back from a week on Maui & spotted 2 EB's. First was the half cab - saw it while driving & then a couple hours later saw it again parked near the Safeway in Lahaina. Super clean build - tried to take a pic of the interior & got the reflection of my LUBER shirt in the window(LOL) The other 1 we saw was "Wayno's" green & white in front of his shop near Kaanapali. We stopped in & talked to him & found out he's a real Bronco guy. When I mentioned I had a 66 he asked if I knew about the "eyebrows" & yes mine does have them. We also saw a few nice F-150/250's but didn't get any pics of those
