Looks like it, maybe a little more than stock though. From the factory they are offset about 1-1.5".

ya- curious where the build ends up vs other coyote/6r80 builds

It's for his wife, so thankfully it won't be fully gutted where it has minimal resemblance to an EB. It won't be dropped, chopped, fender flared to hell, etc. I'm interested in this build.
